We asked you lovely readers a little while ago about Australian and New Zealand made treats and were told about PolaPurrs/PolaPaws. Only last weekend did we find anyone that stocked them.
A pet store now requires a mini detour on any shopping trip to see if there are any interesting kitty items in store. This time, while walking out of ‘Pets R Fun’ at Westfield Eastgardens I noticed a display full of PolaPurrs/PolaPaws treats.
We picked up the ‘Fancy Roo Nibbles’ for Train – she’s eaten Kangaroo meat in the past so I figured the treats would work well, seeing as they promise ‘delicious chewy chunks of fine roo meat’.
Of course, because I assumed she would like them, Train only sniffed at the offering before walking away. It’s now been a week, and we’re pretty convinced she’s never going to eat them.
I figure there’s gotta be some kitties out there that would at least like to try them! I’ve divvied up the bag into 4 lots of 11 treats – if you think your kitty might appreciate them more than Train, leave a comment below and I’ll get in contact with you for your address. I can only ship to Australian addresses, as I don’t want to encounter any quarantine issues.
The first four comments that say ‘My cat/s has/have better taste than Train!’ will be sent one of the portions of treats. It wont cost you anything – and they’ll be sent through Australia Post. I’ll also copy all the packaging info so you can see all the information, as well as the contact details for PolaPurrs.

My cat rarely turns her nose up at a treat, I expect that in this case my cat has better taste than Train!

I don’t know if Sparky has better taste than Train….but he will eat poo…and I imagine those treats taste better than poo…and he does like a bit o’ roo…

My cats have better taste than Train….um, not sure that’s true (since one of them eats anything and the other is a tomato sauce fetishist!) but they’re not usually fussy, and we’d love to try the treats for them!
