Less than a week after I ordered from Jake & Micah, the goods arrived. The service was prompt, friendly and helpful, which is always nice. Sometimes purchasing online isn’t the most pleasant experience, but I would recommend Jake & Micah based on their customer service alone. It also helps that the toys are currently receiving much love from Train (the savvy cat Official Product Tester).
As soon as I put the package on the table she was all over it, which made extracting the beautifully wrapped parcels inside quite difficult – her enthusiastic headbutts kept sending the parcels tumbling to the floor.
As soon as the Kitty Mat came out of it’s packaging, she started hugging it and would not let go. I had to distract her with the other (still wrapped) toys in order to get the ribbon and tags off.
I laid the mat out on the bench for her, and she started smooshing her face all over it, making the kitty mat a huge success.
I couldn’t separate her from the mat to get a separate review of the Retro Cookie and Catmint Green Tea, but I think the photos prove that all of the toys were a resounding success.
I’ll try take some better photos of the products when Train is sleeping.
